- Warranty Deed—We convey each property by warranty deed in which clear title is guaranteed.
- Registered survey—We provide a recent survey plat prepared
by a NY State Licensed land surveyor. All boundaries are clearly marked
on the ground for your inspection.
- Title insurance—We obtain title insurance when the property
is first purchased to ensure that the title is free and clear of any
undisclosed problems. For added protection, you may reinsure your
property at the time of purchase.
